Fairview Lawn Cemetery

After your visit to Peggy’s Cove, we’ll head back toward Halifax — a drive of about 45 minutes — and stop at one of the most poignant sites in the city: the Titanic Victims Cemetery, officially known as Fairview Lawn Cemetery. Halifax played a significant role in the aftermath of the Titanic disaster, as it was the closest major port to where the ship sank.
