What To Expect
If you haven't given paddle boarding a go yet, it's high time you jumped in! Join this 2-hour class to get the skills and confidence necessary for diving into this thrilling water sport.
You'll enhance your strength, build endurance, and find your balance. Navigating the ocean on a paddleboard engages the most of your muscles: your arms, shoulders, back, chest, legs and core.
To begin, we'll start with a brief informative session about the ins and outs of paddle surfing, including the gear you'll be using and essential safety tips for your sea adventure.
Once we've covered the basics, we'll warm up with a series of joint and muscle exercises before diving into the sea.
This class is specifically tailored for those new to paddle surfing or those aiming to fine-tune their technique. Since our class sizes are intentionally small, you will receive the personalized attention needed.
The boards we provide offer remarkable stability, ensuring you find your balance. You'll be so absorbed in the experience that your thoughts will remain anchored in the present.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
