Join Charlotte, a passionate sommelier and olive oil expert, for a unique olive oil and ice cream social in the breathtaking village of Gordes. In Provence, olive oil is cherished as much as wine, and this private, 1.5-hour experience (May–Oct) lets you explore its rich flavors in a picturesque olive grove.
Stroll through the orchard, learning about organic olive cultivation and its health benefits, before diving into a guided olive oil tasting, where you'll discover how to identify aromas and nuances in three different varieties. Finally, indulge in an olive oil and ice cream pairing that includes one sorbet and two locally made ice-creams.
