Step beyond the museums and into the rustic soul of Tuscany with this 4-course small-group cooking class in the countryside, of Florence limited to just 8 guests. Hosted through Cozymeal, this immersive experience invites you to cook alongside a local chef, mastering seasonal recipes that celebrate fire, flavor and tradition before sharing an unforgettable outdoor meal amid rolling Tuscan hills.
During this hands-on class, you’ll create:
- First course: Pappardelle al Cinghiale (Seasonal), Handmade ribbon pasta topped with a slow-cooked wild boar ragù, red wine and Tuscan spices
- Second Course: Bistecca Cotta in Brace di Legna, Florentine-style BBQ steak grilled over hot coals for a smoky, tender finish
