What To Expect
Hosted through Cozymeal and set in a modern studio just steps from Florence’s Duomo, this hands-on cooking class invites you to master Italy’s most beloved comfort foods. Learn from a skilled local chef as you prepare authentic pizza and homemade gelato using time-honored techniques.
In this class, you’ll prepare:
- First course: Pizza and Sauce, Handmade pizza dough topped with a variety of seasonal and classic ingredients of your choice
- Dessert: Gelato and Sorbet, Fresh gelato and fruit-based sorbet made with seasonal flavors and traditional Italian methods
