This is a fully hands-on experience where you’ll prepare 2 fresh pasta dishes and vegan bruschette, working step by step alongside the chef.
All recipes are authentically traditional and naturally vegan, carefully selected from Italian and Tuscan cuisine — not adapted, but true to their origins.
Using **seasonal organic ingredients**, you’ll create everything from A to Z: from dough to final plating.
