Pasta class
Overview
Step into a culinary time capsule in the heart of Florence! Our morning cooking class isn't just about making pasta—it's a thrilling journey back in time to the roots of Tuscan cuisine. Imagine crafting delicate pappardelle, pillowy gnocchi, and exquisite ravioli, all with your own hands, just like generations before us did.
"We will cook in an old tower house transformed into a modern kitchen." a haven where tradition meets innovation. Here, we shun modern machinery in favor of old-world techniques, infusing every dish with the authenticity and soul that define true home cooking.
And the magic doesn't stop there. As we craft each masterpiece, we'll elevate the experience with perfectly paired Chianti wines
