We really are fortunate here; the River Avon is a slow, winding, dreamy escape of a river that meanders away from roads, towns and the noise of civilisation into a quiet wilderness full of creatures large and small. This is more than just your average 'learn to SUP' session, this is a complete experience giving you the skills to escape into nature safely on a paddleboard so you can explore these natural spaces from this unique perspective. Ready to dive in and re-wild yourself?

What To Expect
WAY more than just a SUP lesson, this private, beginner friendly adventure is a comprehensive beginner's paddleboarding lesson and SUP safari experience. It's all about skills, safety, confidence and tranquillity as you meander down the stunning River Avon with award-winning instructors. This is what we call SUP therapy!

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
