The Journey: Step-by-Step Guide from Booking Confirmation to Drop-off
Confirmation of Booking
Once your booking is completed, we promptly send you an email confirming all the details of your transfer. This includes your pick-up and drop-off locations, chosen date and time, vehicle type, and any special requests or customized itinerary details you have included.
Pre-Travel Preparation
In preparation for your journey, we perform thorough checks on our Mercedes-Benz vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition. These checks include vehicle cleanliness, fuel level, tire pressure, and functioning of in-car amenities like Wi-Fi and charging ports. At the same time, your assigned driver will be made familiar with your itinerary and any special requirements you may have requested.

Our executive driver will arrive at your specified pick-up location on time, ready to assist you with your luggage and guide you to your reserved vehicle. We ensure our drivers maintain the highest standards of professionalism and etiquette, so you can expect a warm greeting and prompt service.
The Journey
During your journey, your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. Sit back and relax as we traverse the stunning Scottish landscapes, or take advantage of the in-car Wi-Fi to catch up on work or connect with friends. If you have chosen a customized itinerary, we will follow your preferred route, making any requested stops along the way. Rest assured, our drivers are trained to handle any unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or road closures, and will adjust the route accordingly to maintain your schedule.
In-Transit Communication
Throughout the journey, our drivers maintain constant communication with our dispatch center, ensuring real-time updates and swift response to any changes or issues. If your destination details change en route, simply communicate this to your driver, who will coordinate with our dispatch center to update the itinerary.
