Muriel GUETH, an independent winegrower, passionately shares her profession, expertise and vision of wine “through a feminine lens”. Each tasting is tailored to participants’ tastes, expectations and level of wine knowledge. The experience encourages conversation, conviviality and discovery. Visitors leave with a better understanding of Alsace wines and the memory of an authentic encounter with a winegrowing family.

A unique, personalised tasting: choose and taste 7 organic Alsace wines from selected vineyard plots. Compare two terroirs and tailor your tasting experience to your preferences.
A tasting accompanied by a slice of kougelhopf, a traditional Alsatian cake, and a few crackers.
A tasting of 3 different grape juices (10 cl each) is offered to children and teenagers.

What To Expect
Muriel offers a distinctive, contemporary and feminine perspective on winemaking, drawing on a family heritage spanning eight generations of winegrowers. Her wines combine expressive fruit, elegance and respect for nature, reflecting the character of Alsace’s terroirs along the renowned Alsace Wine Route.
Step into the heart of the estate and discover the behind-the-scenes world of winemaking, from the cellar and storage facilities to the bottling process. Through this immersive visit, Muriel will share her philosophy, her commitment to organic viticulture and her personal vision of wine, shaped by sensitivity, authenticity and respect for the living world.
Enjoy a guided tasting of 7 organic Alsace wines, carefully selected to reveal the diversity of the estate’s terroirs. This convivial moment is accompanied by a slice of traditional Alsatian kougelhopf and a selection of crackers.
Children and teenagers are warmly invited to share this experience with their families. They can discover three organic, single-variety grape juices — Muscat, Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer — served in 10 cl portions. Like the adults, they can also enjoy a slice of kougelhopf or a traditional Alsatian pretzel.
