Hosted through Cozymeal, which connects you with top-rated local chefs, this three-course experience takes you from the high-heat sauté of a garlic shrimp tapa to layering the complex, saffron-scented flavors of a classic seafood paella.
The menu you will prepare includes:
- Starter: gambas al ajillo – Spanish garlic shrimp with lemon and chile flakes, served with sourdough
- Main Course: seafood paella with mussels, shrimp, saffron bomba rice and chistorra
