Meeting and Pickup
Included with the options “Classic - Hotel Pickup Cancun”, “Plus - Hotel Pickup Cancun” and “Premier - Hotel Pickup Cancun”.
Pickup is available from listed Cancun, Puerto Juarez, Playa Mujeres and Bahia Petempich hotels. Pickup times vary by hotel between 6:40 AM and 8:00 AM. Your exact pickup time and nearest assigned point will be confirmed the afternoon before the tour by message or email. Meeting point: Hotel Plaza Caribe at 7:25 AM.
