You’ll be invited to settle into to our sanctuary where waves of sound — from crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and voice — gently guide your body and mind toward deep relaxation. The harmonic frequencies help quiet the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for clarity and calm. Rooted in ancient wisdom, this evening experience is an invitation to let go of the day’s weight. It welcomes professionals, busy minds, and anyone longing to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet within. You’ll leave feeling grounded and restored — your body softened, your mind clear, and your energy realigned for peaceful rest.
