Take on a 20-metre abseil down Kangaroo Point Cliffs as Brisbane transitions from day to night. With the river below and the city skyline lighting up around you, this twilight adventure combines the thrill of descending a natural rock face with a spectacular setting in the heart of Brisbane.
Experienced instructors guide and encourage you while you control your own pace. It’s a memorable way to challenge yourself, build confidence and see Brisbane from a whole new angle.

What To Expect
Experience twilight abseiling down the 20-metre Kangaroo Point Cliffs in the heart of Brisbane. Take in views across the Brisbane River as daylight fades and the city skyline lights up.
Meet your experienced instructors and put on your harness, helmet and abseiling equipment. Take part in a safety briefing and learn how to position your body, handle the rope and control your descent.
At the top, enjoy the changing colours of the evening sky while waiting for your turn. Watch CityCat ferries and boats travel along the river below, framed by Brisbane’s illuminated skyline.
Your instructor will connect your ropes and guide you into position at the edge. Lean back into your harness and step down the natural rock face, using the rope to control your speed. Descend at a comfortable pace, finding your footing and soaking up the twilight atmosphere.
Your instructor stays at the top managing a separate safety line, offering guidance and encouragement throughout your descent. Reach the bottom proud of completing the challenge, with views of Brisbane as day turns to night.
Participants must be aged 12 or older. Those aged 12–16 must have an adult present who does not need to participate.
