Pickup is included from accommodations located in Bologna, Modena or Florence city center. Please note that in Bologna, due to ongoing tramway construction or other roadworks, access to some streets may be temporarily restricted. In such cases, pickup will take place at the nearest accessible point. If you are arriving by train, please contact us before booking your ticket so we can advise you on the best arrival time
