Guided by a professional Jamón Master, you will taste seven different types of jamón, from Gran Reserva to the prestigious 100% Ibérico de Bellota. Each tasting reveals new textures, flavors, and aromas, allowing you to fully appreciate the complexity and heritage of this Spanish delicacy.
Throughout the 90-minute experience, your Jamón Master will guide you in the art of pairing each jamón with carefully selected wines and cava, showing how different combinations highlight and transform the flavors.
