Janzu Aquatic Massage Therapy
Overview
With a background in massage therapy and yoga instruction, I have dedicated my work to healing and relaxation in water. For me, water is a space for release, healing, and inner balance. Each session is guided with full presence and adapted to the physical and emotional needs of the individual.
Unlike traditional massages or wellness treatments, this experience takes place entirely in water, where the body is freed from gravity and the nervous system can truly slow down. Janzu movements, aquatic massage, and immersion techniques allow tension to dissolve gradually, guiding both body and mind into a deep state of calm.
Many participants describe the experience as a rebirth or a profound emotional reset, leaving them with a sense of lightness, clarity, and alignment.
My intention is not only relaxation, but to offer a space where body, mind, and emotions can realign naturally. JANZU is suitable for all ages and physical conditions, whether you seek stress relief or emotional healing.

What To Expect
Janzu is a guided aquatic bodywork session focused on deep relaxation, emotional release, and mindful connection with your body through water. This experience is designed to calm the nervous system, support emotional balance, and encourage deep physical and mental relaxation.
The session begins with a short introduction to create a safe, comfortable atmosphere. We then enter the water together and start with gentle walking, breathing techniques, and light stretching to help your body relax and set a clear intention.
Once you are ready, the Janzu practice begins. While you float supported on the water, the therapist guides you through a continuous sequence of slow, fluid movements, including gentle stretches, rhythmic motions, soft massage, and immersion techniques, all performed with care and full presence.
During the session, gravity disappears. Your muscles release tension, breathing becomes natural, and your nervous system shifts into a deep state of calm. Many describe the experience as deeply nurturing, grounding, and peaceful.
No prior experience is needed. You simply float, breathe, and allow the water and guided movements to do the work.
