Before your adventure begins, enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner at Matakana Market Kitchen, located alongside the scenic Matakana River. After dinner, continue to Tāwharanui as daylight fades and the native forest comes alive after dark.
Equipped with red-lensed torches, follow peaceful forest trails while learning about Kiwi birds, their behaviour, habitat, and local conservation efforts. Listen to the sounds of the forest, watch for other nocturnal wildlife, and enjoy the excitement of searching for Kiwi birds roaming freely in the wild.
