Day Trip: River Rafting with lunch & Visit to Marmore Falls
Overview
In the morning, we will live one of the most exciting experiences to do in Umbria: river rafting! Aboard an unsinkable raft, we launch ourselves into an adventurous descent on the streams, pushed by water currents, through places of great naturalistic interest otherwise inaccessible: rock walls, waterfalls, woods and large meadows. After the descent, delicious typical lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we reach the Marmore Falls which, with its 165m divided into 3 jumps, is the second highest artificial waterfall in Europe. It is located in the Terni Valnerina area and the Nera River Park, a protected area that finds its point of excellence in the waterfall. Independent visit of the waterfalls following one or more trekking trails inside the park. Entrance ticket included.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
