What To Expect
Upon arrival, you'll meet your expert instructor and dive straight into the flour. We begin by mixing fresh ingredients to create dough, infusing it with vibrant natural colors like beetroot, cacao, and squid ink. Next, you'll roll and cut the dough, shaping delicate ravioli and long, beautiful tagliatelle ribbons by hand. While the pasta rests, we'll demonstrate how to quickly whip up fragrant traditional Tuscan sauces.
Once the cooking is complete, transition to the dining area for a festive, shared meal. Start with freshly prepared bruschetta before diving into your own handmade pasta dishes.
